About the Role
ValueShoppe is looking for a Sales Telecaller to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for calling potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our offerings, generating enquiries, and following up with interested buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Understand customer requirements and product needs.
- Explain ValueShoppe's products, offers, and buying opportunities.
- Generate genuine sales enquiries through calling.
- Follow up with interested and potential customers.
- Maintain customer details and calling status.
- Identify hot leads and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
