Position: Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound telecommunication sales calls and online live chats.
- Assist customers with service inquiries, plan upgrades, and subscription packages.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas through consultative selling and upselling.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally across phone, email, and chat channels.
Candidate Profile & Requirements:
- Education: Graduate / Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Required).
- Experience: Fresher
- Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication, basic computer and basic stock market knowledge
- Attributes: Target-driven, patient, and strong problem-solving ability.
Employment Type: Full time
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
