We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Support Representative to be the face of our brand for customers. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, and other communication channels Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and orders Help customers with order tracking, delivery updates, cancellations, and returns Handle customer complaints professionally and provide suitable solutions Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team regarding order-related issues Follow up with customers when required Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and orders Provide a premium and friendly customer experience Collect customer feedback and share common issues with the team Support customers with warranty and after-sales queries Requirements: Valuable communication skills in English + Hindi/Hinglish Friendly, polite, and confident personality Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets/Excel Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills Ability to handle multiple customer conversations efficiently Responsible and punctual Previous customer support/e-commerce experience is a plus What We’re Looking For: Someone who can communicate with customers like a brand representative, not just answer messages.
