We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Trainee to join our team. The candidate will assist with daily logistics operations, shipment coordination, inventory management, documentation, and communication with vendors and transporters. This role provides an opportunity to learn logistics and supply chain management processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in coordinating daily logistics and transportation activities.
- Maintain shipment records, delivery schedules, and logistics documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, transporters, and internal departments.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Assist in inventory management and stock record maintenance.
- Prepare daily reports using MS Excel and other office tools.
- Monitor delivery status and report delays or discrepancies.
- Support order processing, dispatch planning, and goods movement.
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing of logistics documents.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills





- Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any stream; preference for candidates with a degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided to selected candidates.
