Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers to clients.
- Follow up with leads and schedule site visits.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead conversion.
- Handle customer queries and maintain lead records.
- Update call details and follow-ups in the CRM/ERP system.
- Achieve daily calling and lead-generation targets.
Qualification: Graduate preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years; real estate telecalling experience preferred.
Key Skills: Communication, convincing ability, customer handling, and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
