Key Responsibilities

- Teach drawing, sketching, painting, colouring, and various art and craft techniques.
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate creative activities for different classes.
- Encourage students to develop creativity, imagination, and artistic skills.
- Prepare teaching aids, art projects, and innovative classroom activities.
- Organize and assist in art exhibitions, competitions, display boards, school decorations, and cultural events.
- Guide students in creating artwork using different materials, textures, and recycled items.
- Maintain art supplies and ensure the safe and effective use of materials.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate creative activities into school events and classroom learning.
- Maintain discipline and ensure student safety during practical activities.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or a relevant discipline prefered.
- Candidates with a Diploma or Certificate in Fine Arts, Drawing, Painting,



or Applied Arts may also apply, depending on experience and suitability.
- Previous teaching experience in a school will be an advantage.
- Strong drawing, painting, craft-making, and creative skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to engage students of different age groups.
- A positive attitude, patience, creativity, and willingness to learn and adopt innovative teaching methods.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of different art and craft techniques.
- Ability to prepare creative teaching materials and student artwork displays.
- Experience in school exhibitions, competitions, and event decoration.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the academic team.
