Job Overview :

We are looking for smart, energetic, and self-motivated candidates to join our team as Real Estate Sales Executives. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales, marketing, and property dealing. Freshers with the right attitude and experienced candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle customer enquiries and generate potential sales leads.
- Communicate with prospective clients through phone calls and follow-ups.
- Explain real estate projects, property features, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers.
- Coordinate and arrange property site visits for interested clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly to convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.




- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Eligibility Criteria :

- Graduate in any stream.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or real estate is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn can apply.
- Must be smart, energetic, confident, and presentable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Positive attitude, a professional mindset, and a customer-focused approach.
- Must be comfortable working at the Shapoorji, New Town, Action Area 3, Kolkata location, with no location or commuting constraints.
- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.

Salary & Benefits :

- Fixed Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
