Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Outreach & Lead Generation Executive to identify potential clients across social media platforms and online communities, start relevant conversations, and generate qualified business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Find and approach business owners, founders, and decision-makers through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other relevant platforms
- Conduct personalized direct-message outreach
- Find posts where businesses are actively looking for digital marketing, Google Ads, website development, social media, or related services
- Respond quickly to genuine service requirement posts
- Search Facebook Groups, LinkedIn Groups, X, Quora, and relevant online communities for business opportunities
- Engage with prospects through comments, replies, and direct messages
- Answer relevant marketing-related questions to start genuine conversations
- Research prospects before outreach to improve message relevance
- Identify buying signals, complaints, recommendations, and agency-search discussions
- Qualify interested prospects and pass relevant opportunities to the sales team
- Maintain records of conversations, follow-ups, and lead status
- Track which platforms, communities, and outreach approaches generate the best leads

Experience





Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in social media lead generation, social selling, LinkedIn outreach, community-based lead generation, or digital outreach preferred.
