JOB DESCRIPTION

Visnaix is looking for an HR Talent Acquisition Executive to manage recruitment activities and support the company's growing team. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the overall hiring process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Support employee onboarding and other HR activities.

REQUIREMENTS





Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

0–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills can also apply

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Basic understanding of HR processes and employment practices.
