- Examine, diagnose, and treat adult patients with acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, respiratory disorders, infectious diseases, and other general medical illnesses.
- Obtain detailed medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order and interpret appropriate diagnostic investigations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patients' progress.
- Manage inpatient admissions, ward rounds, emergency consultations, and outpatient consultations as assigned.
- Recognize medical emergencies and initiate appropriate stabilization and treatment.
- Coordinate patient care with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records, prescriptions,



discharge summaries, and clinical documentation.
- Counsel patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medication adherence, and preventive healthcare.
- Follow hospital policies, clinical protocols, infection-control standards, and patient-safety guidelines.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality-improvement activities, and continuing medical education.
- Ensure appropriate referral and continuity of care for patients requiring specialized treatment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
