Techademy is an edtech company helping working professionals build careers in project management, AI and product roles. Our programs include PMP certification, AI for Project Managers, Agentic AI, Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE), Product Transition and programs with IIT Patna. We reach learners through free masterclasses and paid courses across India, APAC, the Middle East and the US.

About the role

We’re looking for a Social Media Executive to own Techademy’s day-to-day presence on social media. You’ll plan and publish content, grow our community, and turn followers into masterclass registrations and course leads. You’ll work closely with our content writer, graphic designer and paid marketing team.

Key responsibilities

- Plan and run a monthly content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and X, aligned to course launches and masterclass schedules.
- Write captions, post copy, carousel scripts and short video scripts, working with Aditi (content) on long-form ideas and Saikat (design) on creatives.
- Publish and schedule posts, Reels, Shorts and LinkedIn content consistently.
- Promote upcoming masterclasses and webinars on social to drive registrations.
- Manage comments, DMs and community conversations, and route sales enquiries to the sales team quickly.
- Repurpose masterclass recordings, learner testimonials and expert sessions into short-form clips and posts.
- Track trends in AI,



project management and careers, and turn them into timely content.
- Coordinate with Bala (paid marketing) so organic and paid campaigns share messaging and creatives.
- Track and report weekly and monthly performance: reach, engagement, follower growth, link clicks and leads from social.
- Support employer branding and learner success stories on LinkedIn.

What we’re looking for

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on social media experience, ideally in edtech, B2C or a digital agency.
- Strong written English, with a clear and qualified tone suited to working professionals.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram algorithms, formats and best practices.
- Basic video editing skills for Reels and Shorts (CapCut, InShot, Canva or similar).
- Comfort with scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics, Buffer, Hootsuite or similar).
- Organised, reliable and able to manage several posts and campaigns at once.
- Curiosity about AI, tech and careers.

Positive to have

- Experience promoting webinars, events or online courses.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or Figma for quick creative edits.
- Experience creating content for international audiences (APAC, Middle East, US).
- Familiarity with UTM tracking and Google Analytics.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
