Key Responsibilities: -

Manage daily store operations and supervise staff.

Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Monitor stock levels, inventory, and product availability.

Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Manage staff schedules and ensure discipline and punctuality.

Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales.

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail, food service, or store management preferred.

Good communication,



leadership, and customer-handling skills.

Basic computer knowledge and billing experience.

Ability to manage a team and handle daily operations independently.

A positive attitude, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Position: Full-time Location: Kuravilangad Salary: 35000- 40000 per month
