Electrical Network – Punjab

- Base Location: Amritsar, Punjab
- Territory: Entire Punjab
- Job Type: Full-Time | Field + Office

Lotus Workforce is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a solid background in the Electrical Industry and an established network of Electricians, Electrical Contractors, Dealers & Electrical Shops across Punjab.

Preferred Industry Experience:

Wires & Cables Switches & Switchgear Fans Lighting Electrical Accessories

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and expand the Lotus Workforce electrician network across Punjab
- Connect electricians and electrical contractors with the Lotus Workforce Partner App
- Support Partner Registration, KYC, Verification & Activation
- Develop relationships with electrical dealers, distributors and shops
- Conduct regular field visits across different cities of Punjab




- Achieve city-wise Partner Acquisition and Activation targets

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates with previous Field Sales/Marketing experience in Electrical Companies, Distributors or Dealer Networks will be given preference. A strong existing network of electricians across Punjab is highly desirable.

- Salary: ₹22,000–₹30,000/month + Performance Incentives
- Punjab-wide travel will be required
