JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities Engage with treasury, lending, operations, risk, finance, compliance, and technology stakeholders to understand business objectives, pain points, control requirements, and target operating models. Must Have • Strong business analysis experience within banking or financial services, with meaningful exposure to both treasury operations and lending businesses. • Good understanding of treasury products and operations, including deposits, money markets, foreign exchange, fixed income, derivatives, liquidity, settlements, confirmations, reconciliations, and collateral. • Good understanding of corporate, commercial,



or institutional lending products and the lending lifecycle from origination through servicing and closure. • Knowledge of interest, fees, repayment schedules, accruals, delinquency, restructuring, collateral, covenants, limits, and credit approval processes. • Understanding of front-, middle-, and back-office workflows, maker-checker controls, segregation of duties, audit trails, exception management, and operational risk controls. • Experience producing business requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process maps, business rules, data mappings, and acceptance criteria. • Robust SQL and data-analysis skills, with the ability to validate transaction data, balances, accounting entries, reports, interfaces, and reconciliation outputs. • Experience with API- or file-based integrations and a sound understanding of data flows among treasury, lending, payments, general ledger, risk, compliance, and regulatory reporting systems. • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, requirements traceability, test management, defect management, and stakeholder sign-off. • Excellent written and verbal communication, workshop facilitation, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
