Job Description
Leaders Fitness Academy is hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to coordinate with students, follow up on repayments, and provide administrative support. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills who can manage student enquiries and day-to-day coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with students and respond to their enquiries.
- Follow up on pending repayments and support collection.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Maintain explicit communication with students and internal staff.
Skills and Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam.
- Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.
