About the Role

IndiaRentalz is looking for a driven Corporate Sales & Lifecycle Manager to manage sales conversions, pipeline follow-ups, client relationships, and post-delivery account management. The role involves coordinating with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth order closure and customer retention.

What You’ll Do

- Handle inbound enquiries from corporate and individual customers.
- Understand customer requirements for laptops, MacBooks, desktops, servers, printers and other IT equipment.
- Call and follow up with leads to convert enquiries into rental orders.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and keep the sales pipeline updated.
- Coordinate with the operations and warehouse teams for order processing and delivery.
- Collect and verify basic customer documents such as KYC, GST and PO.
- Follow up for payments/security deposits before dispatch.
- Stay in touch with customers after delivery to ensure a smooth experience.
- Handle repeat orders, renewals and additional hardware requirements from existing clients.
- Update CRM, customer details and daily sales reports.




- Follow up with customers who have enquired but have not yet placed an order.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Telecalling, Account Management or Customer Handling.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp/email.
- Robust follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
