Job Title: QA & Application Support Trainee

Job Summary

We are looking for a QA & Application Support Trainee to join our product team. The trainee will be responsible for testing our software applications, identifying and reporting defects, supporting clients with application-related issues, and ensuring smooth product delivery and user experience. This role provides an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, Product Support, Client Communication, and Software Delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance (QA)

- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Create and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Verify bug fixes and conduct regression testing.
- Ensure application functionality meets business requirements.
- Prepare testing reports and share findings with the development team.

Application Support

- Provide first-level support for customer queries and issues.
- Troubleshoot application-related problems and escalate when required.
- Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist users in understanding product features and functionalities.
- Maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles.

Product Delivery & Client Handling

- Coordinate with internal teams during product deployments.




- Assist in application implementation and configuration activities.
- Gather client feedback and communicate requirements to the product team.
- Conduct basic product demonstrations and user training sessions.
- Maintain professional communication with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts.
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
- Familiarity with Web and Mobile Applications.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and client interaction skills.
- Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.E. (CSE, IT, ECE) / BCA / MCA / B.Sc (Computers) or related fields.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
