Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Sales & Service Cloud Consultant with 5–7 years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Redwood implementation.

Redwood Implementation experience is mandatory.

The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, integrating, testing, and supporting Oracle Sales Cloud (CX Sales) and Oracle Service Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1.Implementation & Configuration

Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Implement and configure Oracle Sales Cloud (CX Sales) and Oracle Service Cloud (B2B/B2C Service).

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.

2.Oracle Redwood Experience

Re-architect and configure existing Oracle CX applications using the Oracle Redwood UX framework.

Hands-on experience with Visual Builder Studio (VBS) and Express Studio.

Implement modern Redwood-based user experiences and configurations.

3.Solution Architecture

Design scalable and best-practice solutions across:

Lead-to-Opportunity Management

Service Request Management

Knowledge Management

Omnichannel Routing

4.Integrations & Customizations

Design and support integrations between Oracle CX modules and external ERP, CRM, and third-party applications.

Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.





Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and enhancements.

5.Testing & Support

Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.

Provide L2/L3 application support.

Handle application maintenance, enhancements, and issue resolution.

6.Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and client architects.

Understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Provide functional and technical guidance throughout implementation and support activities.

Required Skills

5–7 years of relevant Oracle CX experience.

Strong experience in Oracle Sales Cloud / CX Sales.

Strong experience in Oracle Service Cloud – B2B/B2C.

Oracle Redwood implementation experience – Mandatory.

Hands-on experience with Visual Builder Studio (VBS).

Experience with Express Studio.

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.

End-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation experience.

Experience in UAT and L2/L3 application support.

Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Profile

Candidates who have worked on Redwood transformation or implementation projects and have experience integrating Oracle CX with ERP, CRM, or third-party systems will be preferred.

Contractors with relevant Oracle Redwood implementation experience are also welcome to apply.
