Job Summary

We are hiring for an International Voice – US Healthcare Process role with a leading global organization.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in US Healthcare / US Insurance processes and be comfortable handling customer, member, provider or insurance-related interactions in an international voice environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls related to US Healthcare and insurance processes.
- Assist members, providers and other stakeholders with healthcare-related queries.
- Handle queries related to claims, eligibility, benefits, billing and insurance.
- Verify and accurately update customer/member information in internal systems.
- Follow established processes, quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Resolve customer queries within defined turnaround times.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, accuracy and productivity.
- Follow US Healthcare privacy and compliance requirements, including HIPAA guidelines where applicable.

Required Skills & Experience





- 1–6 years of experience in US Healthcare / US Insurance / Healthcare BPO.
- Prior experience in an International Voice / US Voice Process is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in US/night shifts.
- Good understanding of US Healthcare processes.
- Solid customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology.
