We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Hair Assistant to support our professional hair stylists in providing excellent salon services. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, have good grooming standards, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist hair stylists with haircuts, styling, coloring, smoothening, treatments, and other salon services.
- Shampoo, condition, and prepare clients’ hair as instructed by the stylist.
- Prepare and organize hair products, tools, and equipment before services.
- Assist with hair coloring, application of treatments, blow-drying, and styling.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the hair section, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure towels, capes, brushes, combs, and other supplies are available.
- Support senior stylists during client services as required.
- Provide a friendly and professional experience to salon clients.
- Follow salon hygiene, safety, and service standards.




- Maintain proper inventory of hair products and inform the concerned person when supplies are low.
- Stay updated on salon procedures and learn new hair techniques under senior stylists.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in a salon is preferred; freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of hair care and salon services.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, polite, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop professional hairdressing skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
