Site Engineer – Civil

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction site activities.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, and other team members.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Inspect construction materials and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and resources at the site.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with construction safety guidelines and procedures.




- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction site engineering.
- Knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and civil engineering drawings.
- Positive coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage daily site activities and monitor work progress.
