Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Executive for a clothing store in Nashik. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a presentable personality, and an interest in fashion and retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their clothing preferences.
- Explain product features, sizes, fabrics, prices, and offers.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable clothing and accessories.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store looks presentable.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage billing and coordinate with the cashier when required.




- Monitor stock availability and inform the store manager about low inventory.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of merchandise.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of clothing, fashion, and customer handling.
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends, when required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
