Core Sales Specialist

Interserve Solutions Ltd. (Indian Branch of Occom Networks Australia)

We are looking for an experienced Core Sales Specialist to drive customer acquisition, sales conversion, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Handle customer enquiries and recommend suitable services.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with Provisioning, Operations, Technical, and Support teams.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports.
- Resolve customer concerns and follow up on pending orders.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales,



Business Development, Account Management, or Telecom/ISP Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Target-oriented and commercially focused.
- Good customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Preferred: Experience in ISP, Telecom, Broadband, Connectivity, or Internet Services.

Location: Sector 75, Mohali | Work From Office
Working: 5 Days a Week | Rotational Shifts
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month
