We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing eCommerce mobile application projects. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile processes, ensure effective team collaboration, and drive the successful delivery of high-quality eCommerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide and coach the Scrum team on Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products.
- Remove impediments and blockers to ensure the team can work efficiently.
- Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure it is well-defined and prioritized.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Track and report on key metrics, such as team velocity and sprint progress.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and management.
- Mentor and support team members in Agile best practices.
- Ensure that the team follows Agile methodologies and adheres to organizational processes and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management or related roles, with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master.
- Proven experience in managing eCommerce mobile application projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with other Agile methodologies, such as Kanban or Lean.
- Experience working in a distributed or remote team workplace.
