About the Role

Brrandom Media is looking for a Social Media Content Strategist who can combine strategic thinking with creativity to develop engaging, culturally relevant, and impactful social media content for our clients.

The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Bengali as a language, a deep understanding of Bengali cinema and popular culture, and the ability to translate trends, conversations, and cultural references into creative social media content.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and engaging social media content strategies for brands and clients.
- Generate fresh and relevant content ideas, campaign concepts, and creative directions.
- Write compelling Bengali captions, copies, social media posts, taglines, and campaign communication.
- Have a strong understanding of Bengali cinema, films, characters, dialogues, music, pop culture, and current trends and use these references creatively wherever relevant.
- Conceptualise content around trending topics, festivals, cultural moments, current affairs, and social media trends.
- Work closely with the Design, Video,



Social Media, and Client Servicing teams to execute content ideas.
- Develop creative concepts that can be translated into static posts, reels, videos, carousels, campaigns, and other digital formats.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, language, and communication across platforms.
- Research competitors, audience behaviour, trends, and relevant cultural conversations to identify new content opportunities.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute solid creative and culturally relevant ideas.
- Understand client requirements and convert briefs into clear, engaging, and executable content concepts.
- Review and refine content to ensure it is grammatically accurate, culturally appropriate, engaging, and aligned with the brand.
- Stay updated with emerging social media trends, memes, digital culture, and content formats.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
