Description

1. All operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, support to HR, administration, sales and support coordination

2. Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities

3. Making business plans, strategies and business segment/ manager wise target, KRA KPI

4. Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation

5. Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities

6. Share knowledge with other branches and HO on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs

7.



Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly

8. Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws

9. Stay focus of target achievement, performance analysis and provide all reports, penetration to Management.

Required Skills - Upselling and Cross-selling ,Negotiation Skill,Time Management,Team Handling skills,Strong strategic thinking capabilities ,Good understanding of CRM software, Business Development

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
