Sales – Japanese Automotive Business

VJS Hospitality is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales with a strong background in the Automotive / Automobile industry and experience working with Japanese companies or Japanese clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in B2B sales, business development, client relationship management, negotiation, and Japanese client handling. Candidates who have previously worked with Japanese automotive companies, suppliers, manufacturers, or have handled Japanese clients will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, references, market research, cold calling, and industry connections.
* Build and maintain solid relationships with Japanese companies, automotive manufacturers, suppliers, and corporate clients.
* Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.




* Develop new business opportunities within the automotive and Japanese corporate network.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and client interactions.

Experience
* Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Servicing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Automobile/Automotive, Degree in Hotel Management ( Optional ) or a related field.

Language
* English – Required
* Japanese language knowledge – Preferred
* Candidates who have worked directly with Japanese clients or Japanese management will be given preference.

Candidates from companies such as Japanese automotive manufacturers, auto-component companies, automotive suppliers, engineering companies, or other Japanese MNCs are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹59,000.00 per month
