avel Executive – Calling & Customer Handling

Job Responsibilities:

- Make calls to customers and explain tour packages, travel plans, hotels, transportation, and other travel services.
- Handle recent customer enquiries and understand their travel requirements.
- Suggest suitable tour packages based on customer needs and budget.
- Handle customer queries, doubts, and booking-related requests professionally.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers and follow up regularly for bookings.
- Coordinate customer bookings, including hotels, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel arrangements.
- Maintain regular communication with confirmed customers before and during their trip.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to generate bookings and conversions.
- Coordinate with hotels, drivers, guides, and other travel service providers.
- Handle customer issues and provide timely support during the travel process.
- Maintain daily records of enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and customer details.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain good customer relationships.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
