About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to manage statutory, corporate, financial, and regulatory compliance across BrightCHAMPS’ global entities in India and overseas.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage corporate, financial, FEMA, RBI, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure timely statutory filings and regulatory submissions.
- Coordinate audits, governance requirements, and statutory records.
- Manage cross-border and intercompany compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, legal teams, and overseas advisors.
- Maintain compliance calendars, dashboards, and regulatory trackers.
- Identify compliance risks and ensure timely mitigation.

Qualification

- Mandatory: Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Valuable to have: CA Inter / CPA
- Preferred: Diploma in FEMA / International Compliance

Ideal Candidate

A CA with hands-on experience in multinational/group structures, capable of independently managing compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

- HSR Layout Sector 2, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
