Key Responsibilities

· Source and recruit doctors through job portals, referrals, databases, professional networks, and direct outreach.

· Screen doctor profiles based on qualification, registration, experience, specialty, and role requirements.

· Coordinate the complete recruitment process, including initial discussions, interviews, selection, and joining.

· Coordinate doctor documentation and verification, including medical registration and other required credentials.

· Explain the role, responsibilities, process, SLAs, payment structure, compliance requirements, and operational expectations to selected doctors.

· Coordinate and ensure completion of doctor agreements/contracts before onboarding.

· Coordinate training and orientation sessions for newly onboarded doctors and ensure completion before deployment.

· Maintain accurate records of recruited, onboarded, trained, and active doctors.

· Follow up with doctors for pending documents, agreements, training, and joining formalities.

· Coordinate with Medical Operations and other internal teams for smooth doctor deployment.

· Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on hiring progress, onboarding status, and pending cases.





· Support retention and engagement by addressing basic onboarding-related queries and coordinating with relevant teams.

· Ensure all recruitment and onboarding activities follow company quality, compliance, and process guidelines.

Required Skills

· 1–2 years of experience in doctor recruitment, healthcare recruitment, medical staffing, or talent acquisition.

· Valuable understanding of medical qualifications and doctor registration requirements.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good follow-up and coordination abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple doctor hiring pipelines simultaneously.

· Good proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.

· Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare/telehealth environment.

Qualification: Paramedical OR Medical Background with MHA or exp in doctor hiring

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
