About the Role

We are hiring 03 Senior ITSM ServiceNow Developers to lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, and operation of best-in-class software experiences on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will take full-stack ownership of software deliverables—consistently writing production-ready code while maintaining high standards for system scalability, reliability, and security. Working within an Agile/DevOps environment, you will collaborate closely with product managers, scrum masters, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities1. Platform Engineering & Full-Stack Development

- Take full ownership of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) by designing, writing, testing, operating, and maintaining scalable ServiceNow applications and artifacts.
- Develop custom solutions utilizing ServiceNow Employee Experience products, including Service Catalog, Service Portal, ServiceNow Mobile, and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD).
- Ensure technical architecture adheres to industry standards, optimizing code for high availability, low latency, and seamless customer experiences.

2. Code Quality, Security & DevOps Practices

- Conduct peer code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and integrate feedback to maintain high code compliance and security standards.
- Perform failure analysis, propose architectural design improvements, and embed Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles into daily development workflows.
- Participate in sprint planning and grooming; size user stories, anticipate blockers, and ensure incremental, predictable deliverables within an Agile/DevOps pipeline.

Stakeholder Collaboration & continuous Innovation

- Work across adjacent business and technical domains to understand user journeys, system flows, and overarching business strategies.
- Communicate technical designs, solution architectures, and operational workflows clearly to both technical engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive technology modernization and foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence.

Basic Qualifications & Prerequisites

- Experience: 5+ years of relevant hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Mandatory Certifications: Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) AND Certified Application Developer (CAD) (candidates must provide their registered Webassessor / ServiceNow Email ID).
- Work Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST or 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST.
- Work Model: Hybrid – Mandatory 3 days per week from client office (Noida or Bangalore).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

Technical & Professional Skills Required

- ServiceNow Expertise: Service Catalog, Service Portal, Mobile App, Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, Glide APIs.
- Engineering Standards: Software Reliability Engineering (SRE), Data Structures, Algorithms, Architectural Design Patterns.
- Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines.
