Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Teacher to support students in their academic, social, and emotional development. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons according to the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials.
- Assess students' progress through assignments, tests, and classroom activities.
- Maintain accurate attendance and academic records.
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Encourage student participation and critical thinking.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress.
- Participate in school events, meetings,



and professional development programs.
- Maintain classroom discipline and follow school policies.
- Support extracurricular and co-curricular activities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of teaching experience are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Classroom, etc.) is an advantage.
