JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Senior Ping Identity Architect / Engineer with strong hands-on experience in PingDirectory and PingOne.

The candidate will be responsible for enterprise identity architecture, implementation, migration, integration, and production support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and implement enterprise PingDirectory architecture.
- Configure and manage PingDirectory replication, indexing, performance, high availability, and disaster recovery.
- Administer PingOne in production environments.
- Configure authentication, MFA, adaptive authentication, and access policies.
- Lead identity migration and consolidation from multiple identity sources into PingDirectory and PingOne.
- Design identity data models, attribute mappings, identity correlation, and synchronization strategies.
- Integrate PingDirectory and PingOne with Microsoft Entra ID and other enterprise identity platforms.
- Design and implement identity synchronization and provisioning solutions.
- Develop migration strategies for legacy LDAP environments with minimal downtime.
- Design and implement SSO and federation solutions using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to PingDirectory, LDAP, replication, certificates, synchronization, federation, and authentication.
- Deploy and support Ping Identity solutions in AWS and/or Azure environments.
- Create architecture diagrams,



implementation plans, technical documentation, and operational procedures.
- Work independently as a technical lead for architecture, implementation, and production support.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Ping Identity technologies.
- Strong experience with PingDirectory and PingOne.
- Strong enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience.
- Deep understanding of LDAP, directory services, replication, and identity synchronization.
- Strong experience with SSO and federation.
- Experience integrating Ping Identity with Microsoft Entra ID.
- Production implementation and troubleshooting experience.
- Strong AWS and/or Azure experience.
- Good understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills.

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience in financial services, banking, mortgage, or other regulated industries.
- Ping Identity certifications.
- Experience with large-scale identity migration projects.
- Experience working with legacy LDAP environments.
