Overview:

Mars India (HMIM) is a specialized manufacturer of automotive components, including LSM (Lumbar Support Motor), VBM (Vent Blower Motor), and PCB Assembly. We are seeking an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage the company’s HR and administrative operations while ensuring effective manpower management, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and smooth HR processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR Operations, including recruitment, on-boarding, employee records, and separation formalities.
- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and manpower deployment in coordination with department heads.
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime, shift schedules, and monthly payroll inputs.
- Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of employee personal files, HR records, registers, and HR documentation.
- Handle PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with external consultants and government authorities for labour-law, statutory, and compliance-related matters.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, rules, and employee-related procedures.
- Manage KPI/KRA, performance appraisal, salary revision, and employee performance management processes.
- Handle employee grievances, counselling, disciplinary matters, warning letters, and show-cause notices as required.
- Plan and coordinate employee training, induction, skill development, and awareness programs.
- Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly HR MIS reports related to manpower, absenteeism, turnover, overtime, recruitment, and labour cost.




- Coordinate General Administration activities, including security, housekeeping, employee welfare, accommodation, transportation, and other administrative requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company Code of Conduct, POSH, workplace discipline, safety requirements, and HR policies.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for HR planning, employee-related issues, and organizational requirements.

Common Requirements:

- HR Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination, and labour compliance.
- Compliance Knowledge: Practical knowledge of applicable labour laws, PF, ESIC, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and statutory requirements.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HRMS/Payroll systems, and HR MIS reporting.
- Reporting Skills: Strong capability in preparing MD-level HR reports, presentations, manpower reports, and analytical MIS.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to independently manage HR operations and coordinate effectively with employees, department heads, management, and external agencies.
- Manufacturing HR: Experience in manufacturing/automotive industry HR operations will be preferred.
- Korean Business Culture: Familiarity with Korean corporate reporting styles, including data-driven reporting, fast-paced working, deadline orientation, and immediate reporting to MD.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of Korean will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management will be preferred.

Preferred Industry:

- Manufacturing / Automotive Industry experience will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
