Job Summary

Senior Specialist responsible for leading project planning financial management and governance to ensure successful delivery of strategic projects

Lead and manage multiple projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including scope timelines resource allocation and budget management Implement and uphold project governance frameworks to monitor compliance and project performance

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle Identify assess and mitigate project risks issues and dependencies to minimize impact on project delivery Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and processes within the team

Ensure adherence to financial controls including budget tracking forecasting and financial reporting Mentor and guide project managers and team members to enhance project delivery capabilities and professional growth

Roles and Responsibilities

Define document and execute detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables Monitor project financials including budgeting cost control and financial reporting to ensure fiscal discipline

Establish and enforce project governance policies to ensure compliance with organizational standards Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to report on project status risks and outcomes

Manage resource allocation and workload distribution across projects to optimize efficiency Facilitate project review meetings and ensure documentation and application of lessons learned





Support portfolio and program management activities by providing oversight and strategic guidance Promote the adoption of project management tools techniques and best practices across projects
