We are looking for a curious, proactive and hands-on AI enthusiast to work directly with the Managing Director and help integrate AI into his day-to-day work.

The objective of the role is simple:

Understand how I work, identify where AI can save time or improve productivity, and implement the solution.

The MD's work spans *business operations, manufacturing, sales & marketing, product development, investing, research and personal projects.

You will be expected to constantly ask:

Can AI do this better, faster or automatically?

Key Responsibilities

- Observe and understand the MD's day-to-day workflows and identify opportunities for AI and automation.
- Research and experiment with new AI tools and technologies.
- Build practical AI workflows, automations and systems rather than simply recommending tools.
- Use AI across areas such as business analysis, research, reporting, sales & marketing, manufacturing and personal productivity.
- Help automate repetitive tasks and improve the speed and quality of research and decision-making.
- Train the MD and relevant team members to use the solutions effectively.
- Continuously look for new ways to improve productivity through AI.

- Automating management reports and analysis
- AI-assisted company/investment research
- Processing annual reports and large documents
- Automating repetitive Excel/Google Sheets workflows
- Building research and information-tracking systems
- Improving email, meeting and follow-up workflows
- Creating AI-powered SOPs and internal knowledge systems

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:





- Is genuinely excited about AI and emerging technology
- Has hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.
- Learns current tools quickly and enjoys experimenting
- Has strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Takes initiative and does not need detailed instructions
- Can understand a business problem and figure out how technology can solve it

Good to have

Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, Excel/Google Sheets, Notion, Python, AI agents or other automation tools.

You do not need to be a software engineer. Curiosity, problem-solving ability and the ability to actually implement solutions are more important.

- Reducing a 2-hour task to 20 minutes
- Automating a repetitive workflow
- Making research significantly faster

- Getting the MD and team to actually incorporate AI into their daily work
