We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations, dealer/distributor accounts, reconciliations, compliance and financial controls. The role requires someone who can go beyond bookkeeping and act as a financial gatekeeper, helping the business understand profitability, control costs and prevent financial leakages.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage ledgers, accounts payable/receivable and day-to-day accounting.
- Maintain and reconcile dealer, distributor and customer accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate GST compliance and related filings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GST regulations and accounting principles.
- Reconcile bank, sales, purchase and other financial accounts.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and identify ageing/payment risks.
- Analyse P&L;, margins, expenses and business performance.
- Identify cost leakages and opportunities to save money and improve profitability.
- Establish strong financial controls and ensure accuracy of accounting records.




- Work closely with management to provide meaningful financial insights for business decisions.

What We Are Looking For

- Strong accounting fundamentals with hands-on experience.
- Good knowledge of GST and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of accounting software like Zoho books, Tally etc are an advantage.
- Solid Excel/accounting software skills.
- Ability to independently manage dealer/distributor accounting.
- Commercial understanding and strong business acumen.
- Someone who questions numbers, identifies problems and takes ownership, rather than simply recording transactions.

Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification preferred.

The ideal candidate: Someone who can be trusted with the numbers and can tell management where we are making money, where we are losing money, and what needs to change.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
