Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 support for MDM-related incidents and service requests.
- Administer and manage Microsoft Intune setting.
- Configure and maintain device enrollment policies for Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS.
- Create, deploy, and troubleshoot compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines.
- Manage application packaging and deployment through Intune.
- Support Autopilot, device provisioning, and lifecycle management.
- Implement Conditional Access policies in collaboration with security teams.
- Monitor device health, compliance status, and remediation activities.
- Troubleshoot device enrollment, application deployment, and policy synchronization issues.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Coordinate with Microsoft support and OEM vendors for complex issues.
- Participate in change management, patch deployment, and operational reviews.
- Generate reports and dashboards for device compliance and management metrics.
