Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Head with proven expertise in HRMS software sales, B2B lead generation, lead conversion, and sales pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end lead generation and sales strategies.
- Generate and convert high-quality B2B leads.
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial enquiry to closure.
- Identify current markets and business opportunities.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate and enterprise clients.
- Monitor sales performance and conversion metrics.
