Work Responsibilities:
- New business initiatives and growth projects
- International expansion and current market opportunities
- Marketplace, quick-commerce and offline growth
- Business analysis, research and decision-making
- Working with marketing, operations, finance and supply chain teams
- Tracking key business metrics and identifying gaps
- Building processes and improving execution across teams
- Partnerships, distributors and strategic opportunities
- Special projects directly with the founder
Ideal experience: 2–5 years in startups, consulting, strategy, category management, growth, founder’s office or similar roles.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
