The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving service-related concerns, and delivering a high-quality customer experience in line with process standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through an international voice process.
- Assist customers with service enquiries and general concerns.
