About the Role

Parvath Infosource is seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-driven Telecalling Executives to join our growing team in Ernakulam. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and customers, handling outbound and inbound calls to drive engagement, support business growth, and deliver excellent service.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Outbound/Inbound Calling: Initiate telephonic contact with prospects, leads, or existing customers daily to present our services.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Qualify potential leads, handle customer inquiries professionally, and effectively convert prospects into active customers or supporters.
- Database Management: Accurately maintain and update customer interaction logs, feedback, and personal details in the company database.
- Follow-up & Retention: Conduct timely and structured follow-up calls with potential clients to close deals and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily call volume targets and monthly performance goals.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

- Education:



Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Any Graduate / Degree holder.
- Experience: Open to both Freshers with great energy and Experienced professionals (prior experience in BPO, Telemarketing, Customer Support, or Sales is a major plus).
- Communication Skills: Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone etiquette. You should be able to handle customer objections with patience and resilience.
- Languages: High fluency in Malayalam and English is required.
- Mindset: A proactive, goal-oriented individual with a positive attitude and the ability to work under target pressure.
