Position - Sr. Python Developer (WFH)

Relevant Experience 4–5 years

Strong proficiency in Python, programming fundamentals, OOP, and design patterns

Self-driven and independent; able to work with minimal supervision or hand-holding

Strong understanding of Data Engineering and designing scalable data processing pipelines

Good working knowledge of AWS Cloud services and cloud-native architectures

Strong expertise in software architecture and system design

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Hands-on experience with AI-powered developer tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools for coding, code review, debugging, documentation, and productivity

Ability to effectively leverage AI tools in day-to-day software development workflows

Experience designing scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems

Ability to understand complex requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Familiarity with API design, databases, distributed systems, and microservices

Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and production-grade deployments is an added advantage

Strong focus on code quality, performance, security, observability, and engineering best practices
