Job Locations & Working Hours

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Thiruvananthapuram (TVM), Kerala: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Working Hours: 8 hours of work + 1-hour lunch/dinner break (no separate tea break).

Weekly Holiday: Sunday off. Saturday off with pay if all weekly goals are completed by Friday and approved by management. Otherwise, Saturday is used to complete pending tasks, subject to applicable working-hour laws.

Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and results-driven Digital Marketing & Client Support Executives to promote our server products, financial management software, office management software, and professional accounting services across India, Canada, the USA, and worldwide.

The role involves digital marketing, social media promotion, market research, international telecalling, lead generation, client acquisition, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and identify potential customers in domestic and international markets.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.
- Manage social media marketing on LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create promotional content, presentations, and short marketing videos.
- Make cold calls, generate leads, and follow up with prospective customers.
- Handle client inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate product demonstrations, quotations, proposals, and customer support.
- Maintain daily activity reports and achieve assigned weekly and monthly performance goals.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

- MBA in Marketing is mandatory.
- Distinction in schooling, graduation, and postgraduation is required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, telecalling, or business development.




- Previous telecalling experience is required, preferably with US or Canadian clients.
- Excellent and fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Strong communication, presentation, digital marketing, and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of IT products, business software, or accounting services is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.

Salary, Incentives & Benefits

- Basic Salary: Based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
- Weekly Incentive: ₹2,000 for completing approved weekly goals.
- Monthly Incentive: Additional ₹5,000 for completing approved monthly goals.
- Salary Increment: 10% increase in basic salary every 6 months if monthly goals are achieved in at least 4 of the previous 6 months.
- Saturday Off: Paid Saturday off when weekly goals are completed by Friday and approved.
- Monthly Additional Holidays: Last 3 calendar days of the month off with pay if monthly goals are completed in advance and approved.

- After successful evaluation: Formal two-year employment contract, subject to applicable employment laws.
