Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
Handle client meetings, project presentations, site visits and negotiations
Generate leads through direct sales, channel partners and references
Drive lead conversion, follow-ups and closures
Track team performance and the sales pipeline
Requirements
5+ years in real estate sales (residential/commercial)
Proven team handling and target achievement
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Positive knowledge of the Noida market
Comfortable with field work and client meetings
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
