We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Expert to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, conversion optimization, and ROI-focused marketing strategies with a proven ability to drive revenue and business growth.

Experience

3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
Freshers are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive website traffic, leads, and sales.
- Manage the complete marketing funnel: Ad → Landing Page → Website → Checkout → Purchase.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, ROI, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and revenue.
- Optimize website and landing pages to improve conversion rates and reduce cart abandonment.
- Optimize product pages, including images, content, pricing visibility, and overall user experience.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently across different channels to maximize ROI.
- Identify opportunities to scale revenue through performance marketing channels.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with content, design,



and web development teams to improve creatives, landing pages, and overall campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven track record of managing paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, ROI, CAC, conversion rate, and marketing analytics.
- Good understanding of the complete sales and digital marketing funnel.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience with CRO, landing page optimization, and e-commerce conversion strategies.
- Ability to manage marketing budgets and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and campaign optimization skills.

Salary

Up to ₹80,000 per month
Salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Working Hours

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
