Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, samples, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with Production, PPC, and Dispatch teams.
- Conduct customer visits and market research as required.
- Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.
- Maintain customer records, enquiry details, and follow-up reports.

Requirements:

- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Textile/printing industry experience will be an added advantage.
