Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute purchase activities for FMCG products as per business requirements
- Source, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and distributors
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, discounts, and delivery schedules
- Ensure timely issuance of Purchase Orders and follow up for deliveries
- Monitor stock levels to avoid over-stocking or stock-outs
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth operations
- Track market trends, price fluctuations, and new product launches
- Ensure proper documentation, MIS reporting, and compliance with company policies
- Resolve supplier issues related to quality, shortages, or delays

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Solid negotiation and vendor management skills




- In-depth knowledge of FMCG procurement and supply chain processes
- Ability to handle high-volume SKUs
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Strong communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- FMCG industry experience is mandatory
- Experience working with distributors and manufacturers
- Local market knowledge of Panchkula preferred
- Ability to travel locally for vendor meetings

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
