Senior Engineer – Electrical for our Building Construction Project

Experience: - 3 - 6 years handling Residential Buildings

The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, supervision, testing, commissioning, and maintenance coordination of all electrical works at the project site.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and execute complete electrical works for building construction projects.

* Review and understand electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical requirements.

* Plan and monitor electrical works as per the approved project schedule.

* Execute and supervise HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, electrical panels, cabling, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, and power distribution systems.

* Coordinate electrical works with civil, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, and other MEP activities.

* Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.

* Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, applicable standards, and project requirements.

* Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and subcontractor activities.

* Coordinate with consultants, clients, vendors, and subcontractors for technical approvals and site execution.





* Verify quantities and support preparation of electrical BOQs and billing.

* Check material specifications and ensure approved materials are used at site.

* Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.

* Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and quality compliance.

* Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and project HSE requirements.

* Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site records.

* Identify technical issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.

* Support testing, commissioning, handover, and project completion activities.

Qualification

* B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

* Additional certifications in Electrical Safety or MEP will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
