- Production Planning: Schedule daily and weekly coating runs based on plant dispatch targets and work orders. [1]
- Pre-Treatment & Surface Prep: Oversee chemical cleaning, degreasing, phosphating, or sandblasting stages to ensure proper metal adhesion. [1, 2]
- Quality & Thickness Control: Monitor coating thickness (using DFT gauges), color consistency, gloss levels, and cure integrity in baking ovens. [1]
- Equipment Maintenance: Manage preventive maintenance for electrostatic spray guns, conveyor lines, cyclone/recovery systems, and curing furnaces. [1, 2]
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ventilation controls, and protected handling of chemical pre-treatments. [1]
- Manpower & Training: Supervise operators, painters, and helpers, conducting on-the-job training (OJT) and 5S workplace organization
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of powder types (epoxy, polyester, hybrid), electrostatic application systems (such as Gema Switzerland or equivalent), and ERP/production tracking software

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
